By proceeding to make payment for your workshop booking, you are agreeing to the following:

• Booking of Class

Booking of classes and payment may be done via our website or alternatively via email or Whatsapp inquiry to Threadlightfarm@gmail.com or +65 8083 9885

By registering/ordering/paying for the classes, participants accept that photographs and/or videos showing them and their creations may be taken during the class and used, and relinquish all rights, title or interest, including intellectual property rights unless stated otherwise.

Multimedia including but not exclusive of photographs and videos taken by staff of Threadlight Farm during any course, session, workshop, talk, or event is used solely for purpose of publicity for Threadlight Farm.

• Class Venue

We strive to provide the accurate class venue at the time of booking for our participants. However, there may be cases where the location may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we reserve the right to change the venue without seeking participants' consents and we shall notify the participants accordingly via SMS/Whatsapp/e-mail/telephone.

Threadlight Farm does not take responsibility if we have made ample effort to notify the participants of the change in venue but participants fail to turn up at the new location.

• Cancellation of Classes by Sally's Room

Threadlight Farm reserves the right to amend or cancel any classes, class times, dates or published prices. Changes to class prices, times and dates will be advised before the class start date and any classes already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price.

• Cancellation and No Appearance

Where booking has been accepted by Threadlight Farm and is subsequently cancelled, the customer will be liable for the following charges. All cancellations must be received in writing (SMS/Whatsapp/E-mail acceptable).

Number of days before class start date:
More than 21 days: No Charges (Full Refund)
8 to 20 days: 50% of class fee charge (Partial Refund)
0 to 7 days: 100% of class fee charge (No Refund)

Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons is not an automatic right to a refund, extra tuition or a transfer. At any given time after the sign-up is confirmed and before the workshop commences, should the participant for any reason become unable to turn up or stay the full duration of any course, session, workshop, talk, or event, the participant cannot be granted a refund in full or in part, in monies or in kind. The full number of pax will be charged.

• Late attendance

Late arrivals can impact the progress of the class, so please aim to be on time. Late comers will be brought up to date as soon as a free moment arises so as not to impact the learning of students already in attendance.

If participants are more than 20 minutes late, they may not be able to make all the items stated in the workshop description.

• Indemnity and Liability

By booking, purchasing and attending our classes, the participants agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Threadlight Farm and the instructors against actions, claims, proceedings, costs (including legal costs incurred by the Threadlight Farm in defending any such actions, claims or proceedings), liability, losses and damages whatsoever which may be brought or commenced against Threadlight Farm by any person and/or which Threadlight Farm may sustain, incur or suffer, as the case may be, arising out of or in connection with or by reason of attending the class.

Threadlight Farm endeavors to conduct any classes in the safest method possible, but participants should be mindful of their health and safety at all times.

• Course Description

Threadlight Farm classes include a combination of theory, practice and demonstration.

Video-taking or photography by any participant of any part or all of step-by-step instructions, course content or original course material during or after any course, session, workshop, talk, or event is strictly not allowed. In the case of violation of this rule, the participant unreservedly without contest agrees to be held liable for intellectual property rights violation and without reservation make full compensation as required by Threadlight Farm.

During the classes, Threadlight Farm may take photographs and video recordings, which may be published on the Threadlight Farm's website, social network and/or on the websites of Threadlight Farm's business partners and/or sponsors.

All content and original materials for all courses, sessions, workshops, talks, and events are property of Threadlight Farm, and no part of it may be copied, modified, reproduced, given away or distributed in any media or form, for profit in kind or monies, or for free.

Threadlight Farm reserves the right to amend our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
