We offer these shipping options at Threadlight Farm:

Registered Article Postage

• $5.00 per order
• Delivery in two working days (excluding time taken to process the order)
• Tracking enabled by Qexpress

Your order will be processed within 2 working days and will be attempted be delivered within 4-6 working days from the day an 'Order Shipped' email is sent to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Threadlight Farm sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange or return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Threadlight Farm reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
