Returns and Exchanges
Threadlight Farm sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail or whatsapp their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange or return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Threadlight Farm reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?

In the event that an item purchased is out of stock, a refund will be made. Our customer service personnel will contact you.
